Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and audit the overall digital marketing strategy
- Organize and lead digital marketing team
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices
- Manage and audit different digital marketing channels
- Define and measure ROI and KPIs
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
- Audit overall owned digital channels
- Track Google Analytics, communication platforms’ data and make complex analysis
- Anticipate sales performance trends and align the KPI, budget and channel distribution accordingly.
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide areas for improvement
- Cooperate with other departments to sustain knowledge transfer between them.
- Make decisions and take actions based on previous experience, trends and data analysis to revising procedures accordingly.
- Consistently drive innovation and bring disruptive ideas.
Requirements:

University graduate
-
Fluent in English & Russian, Turkish (advantage)

At least 5 years of experience in sales & marketing

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Strong digital marketing & e-commerce skills
-
Experience with OTA ( Booking, Expedia & trip advisor)

Experience in analytical tools such as Google Analytics

Ability to read & analyze data

Skills in budget management

Skills in project management, coordination, marketing & brand communication

Ability to multi-task effectively

Strong knowledge of revenues & analysis

Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
