Management and support of the engineering department in the FGP project

I organize the technically correct operation and timely repair of power equipment and power systems, uninterrupted supply of electricity production, control over the rational use of energy resources at the enterprise, consistent adherence to the economy. I manage the organization and planning of the work of power shops and farms, the development of schedules for the repair of power equipment and power grids, plans for the production and consumption of electricity, energy fuel by the enterprise. I provide the preparation of applications and the necessary calculations for them for the purchase of power equipment, materials, spare parts, for the supply of electricity and heat to the enterprise and the connection of additional capacity to production, in the preparation of proposals for the reconstruction, technical re-equipment of the enterprise, the introduction of comprehensive mechanization and automation of production processes , in the consideration of projects for the reconstruction and modernization of power supply systems of the enterprise and its divisions, in the preparation of technical specifications for the design of new and reconstruction of existing power facilities. Ensuring the improvement of the organization of labor in the areas of the energy sector, certification and rationalization of workplaces, the introduction of new progressive methods of repair and operation of power equipment. I manage the employees of the department and the divisions of the enterprise that provide energy services to production, organizes work to improve the skills of employees.

Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate with ME&I Contractor (VLS), KPJV and TCO participants in the 3GI cable management work process, including Work Face Planning (WFP), Construction, Materials, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, QC and overall KPJV Cable Management Interface Manager. Interface with Site Cable Management Database (SCMD) - refer to SCMD Functional Description (FD) for further information. Produce cable status reports from SCMD as requested by project team. Interface with VLS WFP regarding IWP Cable requirements. Identify applicable drum/s and update Database with IWP number Interface with VLS to maintain SCMD status regarding cable in contractor’s yard, cable issued to workface per IWP/Tag, measured cable lengths, any substitution request, etc. Refer FD section 2.5.3 'MEI Installation Data Approve cable request within IWP (correct drum, sufficient length etc.) NB: this is performed in the Site Cable Management Database; refer to FD section 2.5.1 'Cable Drum Availability Confirmation or Drum Substitution' Monitor shortages. Identify potential cable shortages at the drum / tag level and determine acceptable substitute Cable Drum number as required or recommend the issue of a Procurement FMR when no substitution or reprioritization option is available. When Cable reprioritization requirements are identified coordinate the approvals per PLMM-001 Work Instruction. When an alternative cable specification is required, interface with Engineering Technical authority who determines that the alternative cable specification is acceptable, approves the substitution, and documents changes in appropriate manner. Interface with Procurement/Expediting to align delivery with construction schedule to enable forward planning of substitution, reassignment etc Lead reconciliation of cable inventory. Interface with VLS to maintain data integrity of data inputs of VLS to the Site Cable Management Database: Refer FD section 1.4.2 a) Provide and verify inventory status (joint check with VLS Construction) on site weekly. Input to SCMD. Refer FD section 2.5.4 'Contractor Yard: Weekly Cable Inventory' Cable Drum Number Assignment. Enter Drum number for new call offs into SCMD, matching to Shipgroup to identify ETA to site. Refer FD section 2.5.2 Interface with Engineering to ensure the Cable Management DB reflects current design and any DCNs. Enter DCN cable impacts into SCMD . Refer FD section 2.5.5 Finalize quantities for remeasurement Verify automatic data transfer from SPC to SCMD after end of working day to maintain cable management database with IWP data (IWP numbers, cable lengths etc.)

1. Review project specifications, administrative technical practices, design instructions, plot plan, flow diagrams, and supplier information; 2. Performs manual/computer layouts using Electrical specifications, standard drawings, design instructions, plot plans; 3. Communicates and interface with other project design and engineering disciplines ; 4. Complete and revise manual/computer drawings; 5. Check, back check, and correct manual/computer drawings; 6. Review and comment on other departments’ design drawings and supplier equipment drawings; 7. Update project master drawings; 8. Report Document and Activity progress; 9. On assignment to the field, supports construction in drawing and specification interpretations and design modifications. Also assists in carrying out site surveys, measurements acts of acceptance, and other site engineering activities; 10. Assist Engineer level 2 / Designer’s gain needed experience;

Design of industrial electrical installations in the oil and gas industry. 4. Designing cable and air power lines 10/35/110 kV. 5. Designing fire extinguishing systems of buildings and structures. 6. Designing of fire alarm systems.

1. Delivery and commissioning of electrical equipment. 2. Delivery and commissioning of electrical distribution from 220 to 35 kV. 3. Delivery and collection of lightning arresters systems and grounding devices. 4. Providing the progress and quality of this work. 5. Provision for compliance with specified design work on the applicable technical requirements, norms and standards. 6. Check the supplied electrical equipment and materials for compliance with specifications. 7. Control of acceptance testing of the supplied electrical equipment.

Testing of electrical equipment of foreign vendors in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer.
