• Contribute to production optimisation activities covering the total integrated production system through Well-by-well reviews and regular multi-disciplinary meetings • Contribute to developing a well & reservoir surveillance programs, workover and stimulation proposals, candidate selection for fracturing. • Well performance modelling • Integrated production system modelling • Artificial Lift Systems design, selection, optimization and failure analysis. • Perform field performance monitoring to ensure reservoir and well management guidelines are implemented. • Prepare programs for well intervention, workover, rigless intervention, acid jobs and hydraulic fracturing treatments. • Execute reservoir monitoring program (pressure build-up and fall off tests, PLT survey, cased-hole logs).

• Responsible for exploration & appraisal well testing, data gathering (coring, logging, MDT & XPT, sampling) for reservoir evaluation at undeveloped fields and reservoirs • Review the drilling program to ensure the exploration & appraisal program requirements are captured • Prepare and execute exploration and appraisal well testing programs • Plan and execute wireline, coiled tubing, stimulation and well testing operations • Monitor, analyse and evaluate well performance • Well modelling and well test interpretation • Design well completion and stimulation. • Develop cost estimate for different drilling and completion scenarios for conducting economics.

• Prepare Daily and Final Workover reports • Assist Workover & Completion Engineer in preparing Workover programs • Assist to prepare Workover AFE’s • Contribute to evaluating and possibly implementing new workover techniques and methodologies • Co-ordinate with Production Department, Geology & Reservoir Department on the matters related to well completion, workover and well intervention activities
