Responsible for the technical aspects associated with hydro testing. Performing all necessary calculations and checks to determine the correct selection of materials, consumables and equipment required for hydrotesting. Development of temporary elements to be fabricated in advance for hydrotesting and operation and further control of the fabrication process. Evaluation of technical and commercial proposals received from subcontracting organizations performing hydrotesting and issuance of relevant TORs to the procurement department. Participate in meetings with the Purchaser to review and discuss technical aspects of the hydrotesting work. Supervise the work of hydro testing subcontractors during the design and execution phase of the project. Development of test - packages in accordance with the project documentation. Completion of test packages in accordance with the order of design materials. Improvement of methods and procedures for preparation of test packages for hydro-testing of pipelines. Developing and adjusting technical and design documentation for hydrotesting and commissioning. Ensuring the development of pipeline hydrotest specifications, plans and procedures. Control over the quality of execution and completeness of the executive documentation on hydrotesting. Participating in all phases of hydrotesting of facilities. Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures, and oversee the correct execution of work in accordance with project documents and within planned timeframes. Prepare schedules in accordance with construction and commissioning requirements. Provide progress reports and statistical data.

• Organize, coordinate and control the execution of the Hydrotest activities, ensuring the management of the interfaces with all construction disciplines and engineering department. • Support personnel ensuring feasibility (availability of drawings and materials) of activities • Hydro test Technical Project documents verification • Hydrotest and Reinstatements- verification of gauging activities results, applicable pressurization/depressurization steps • Supports prefabrication, fabrication and installation of piping, piping underground, steel structures and supports. • Knowledge of welding and NDT techniques, procedures (e.g. WPS, PQR) and equipment

Project : The Kashagan project was on Mangistau 5-2-3 class A icebreakers Filanovsky Gas Field Project in Astrakhan (worked together with BUMI ARMADA) Duties and responsibilities: • When carrying the watch of a watch, the watch mechanic must: to ensure the established mode of operation of the main engines and auxiliary mechanisms of the vessel. • Organize the immediate execution of orders from the navigating bridge concerning the change of the operating mode of the main engines, providing consumers with electricity, steam and water; • To maintain the main and auxiliary mechanisms, drainage and fire-fighting systems in a state of readiness, installed from the navigating bridge, when the ship is moored on an unprotected open roadstead or in any other virtually marine conditions, to periodically check on working machines and equipment that are in readiness. • When commissioning repaired machines, systems and mechanisms, the watch mechanic should arrange for their inspection and adjustment for normal operation.
