Department: Production Planning and Control Project: EPC2 & 3, FGP/WPMP Job responsibilities for FGP/WPMP:  Fulfillment of assigned tasks of management;  Management of material team;  Collaborate and reporting to TCO representative;  Collaborate with DSME representatives for material issue(Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering);  Collaborate with the procurement and expediting department;  Attend meetings (e.g. Kick-off and daily, weekly, coordination meeting, etc.);  Management of Project materials for all discipline(Structure, piping and E&I);  Update, Analyze and Verify data in the company database FMS(Fabrication Management System company software);  Coordinate the warehouse team in receiving and acceptance material in FMS;  Coordinate and assistance with system error solving;  Resolve of all problems from construction team side related to any issues of the project (Engineering, material and etc.);  Maximization of available material utilization in accordance to production priorities;  Issuance of material in accordance with schedule 8-Weeks look ahead;  Assisted the planning team to collect information and solving problem to finish all priorities on time;  Visit at Site Fabrication Area for Material Issuance Progress verification;  Material tracking and guarantee;  Minimization of scrap material;  Proposals for alternative materials usage (to be validated by engineering) and alternative composition of the positions;  Prevent material shortage during Project execution;  Work with project technical documentation;  Plays a role within the company's inventory control system;  Complete inventory reports;  Control of personal KPI for all subordinators as Lead of material team and reporting to management and HR department;  Maintain knowledge of safety policies and procedures and perform assigned duties in safe manner. Department: Construction Project: JUDR Job responsibilities:  Monitoring of Materials delivering on site;  Regular visit at site fabrication to verify the actual progress;  Monitoring of Punch list closing;  Preparing report of missing materials and notifying to engineering;  Responsible in gathering data from different sections to come out with weekly final progress report;  Solving problems related to material issues;  Collaborate with DSME representatives for material issue(Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering),

Department: Construction Project: Castoro-12, Castoro-16; JUDR Job responsibilities:  Analyze fabrication drawings and preparation of MTO;  Preparing of material requisition forms and submitting to warehouse for material collection  On receiving of material doing physical inspection;  Control of missing materials and notifying to engineering;  Coordinate with engineering department with regards to technical issues at site that will create impact to the Fabrication Schedule;  Monitoring of Materials delivering on site with future distribution;  Regular visit at site fabrication to verify the actual progress;  Report to Project Controller, Project Engineer, Construction Manager and Project Manager;  Project start-up for JUDR;  Proposals for alternative materials usage;  Control of piping shelters workload;  Monitor/update daily manpower and man-hours used for fabrication of piping spools;  Perform any other duties / activities as instructed by the superior;  Collaborate with DSME representatives for material issue (Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering).

Department: Construction Project: Hook-up (Kashagan Project), ZHAMBYL Job responsibilities:  Managing and control of receiving, checking and issuing project materials for all disciplines;  Checking materials for acceptability with certificates, and all necessary documents;  Analyze fabrication drawings;  Control of piping shelters workload;  Registration of completed pipe racks;  Making requests for QC Inspection for completed pipe lines;  Complete inventory reports;  Handover of all remaining material after fabrication to Agip KCO representative

Department: Project Warehouse Project: Hook-up (Kashagan Project) Job responsibilities:  Performed stock inventory adjustments, relocations for piping materials, ensuring that all;  Materials were properly managed and placed in right locations;  Preparing materials to issue by Picking Lists;  Checking certificates of materials and all necessary documents enclosed;  Keeping track of all incoming and outgoing materials;  Monitoring backload materials to stock;  Assistance in Material Control;  Carrying out of inventory.
