Generally assist the RA Passports & Registration Supervisor in all matters related to Technical Piping Passports from technical passport compilation, to organizing the witnessing of hydro tests, inspections, interfacing with RoK authority inspectors, collating of documentation, and registration. Coordinate, monitor and track the completion of passports for Process and Steam and Hot Water pipelines/piping systems (TPPs) by contractors at Tengiz site. Assist RA Passports and Registration Supervisor in setting up and maintaining processes, procedures, tracking and reporting tools relevant to TPPs. Review completed TPPs by contractors, provide advice and support to contractors completing such passports. Coordinate issues related to the completion of TPPs with various Project teams, TCO operations, and contractors. Provide input into processes and resolution of issues related to TPP compilation and handover. Coordinate TPP issues with other TPP Coordinators based at the site and in Fabrication Yards. Interface with TCO base operations to provide existing TPPs and new TPPs as applicable to DIS inspectors as required. Facilitate the updating of existing TPPs with addendums by TCO base operations by providing applicable data and documentation as required (welding documentation, technical documentation, Quality documentation). Review of data and documentation provided for the updating of existing passports for tie-ins. Working with piping and welding documentation and familiar with industrial safety requirements. Assist in updating Technical Piping Passports Specifications for FGP Project in line with latest RoK Legislation, as well as Project and Base Operations Requirements if required. Ensuring that all piping systems and pipelines have the necessary passports as applicable. Development of strategies, plans, schedules, procedures as directed by RA Passports and Registration Supervisor and provide advice and recommendations regarding TPPs. Plan, organize and implement processes for equipment passports. Review of contract scopes of work to ensure correct TPP requirements are placed upon contractors. Coordination with contractors, and Interfacing with Engineering to obtain required information to ensure all TPPs are filled incorrectly. Support the RA Passports team in general. Participate in progress meetings with Contractors to expedite the timely completion of TPPs. Weekly and monthly reports. Work with CMS, EB, RAPMD, CoreWorx, MC Plus systems.

Preparing packages of all supply and inspection jobs/certificates ensuring within client frame; Final QC Inspection of goods and Final Checking of Certificates, ensuring that correct certificates are issued for the goods and all customer requirements are met, this will include Proof Read of certificates (based on Engineer’s hand written reports); All QC matters-control on calibration of equipment, quality records and documents, preparation of the spreadsheets reflecting the list of load cells which require calibration, updating load cells register on regular basis, updating of NDT equipment calibration register; Checking of measuring equipment condition on quarterly basis, updating of the spread sheets;

Final inspection; Visual inspection of pipes; Inspection of welds according to GOST 20295, GOST 8696-74; Fill out the reports;
