2010-2013 – Operations Support Specialist
Added functions: Radiation Protection Officer, Base RPS,
obtain all permits for all Dangerous Goods, import/export procedures and licenses,
transport and field operations, support and consult on permits/licenses, conducting
timely control and audits for BH Explosives Bunker construction area in Bayandy,
compliance with SNiP, Industrial Safety Requirements, RoK regulations and company
procedures, etc.; Conduct meetings with 3rd party companies on RA issues;
Track certificates of survey meters, register new equipments in the public register of
RoK. Track and monitor DG transports, obtain permits for Dangerous Goods and
oversize goods transportations;
Track changes in the RoK regulations and inform to staff if required, closely work (kept
a good relationship) with state agencies (Acceptance Committee on commissioning
the facilities for operation, Department of State Architectural Control and Licensing of
Mangistau region, Sanitary Dept., Emergency Dept., Police Dept….) in Aktau,
Atyrau and Uralsk. Always follow to the RoK regulations and FCPA during contact with
authorities and 3rd parties;
Undertake Radiation Safety pre-qualifications of Contractors (e.g. transport companies, radioactive logging sources and piptag providers, dosimetry companies).

Radiation Protection Supervisor (RPS), Explosives Specialist,
handle and transport dangerous goods, 15K pressure equipment, monitor RA areas,
fill RA safety checklists, track personnel dosimetry and trainings, conduct
briefings/meetings, Global Radiation Safety Procedures, ALARA principles, Emergency Response Plan, incident investigations, risk assessment, oilfield and corporate RA protection audits.
Dangerous Goods transportation (by sea, air, road) Coordinator,
inventory of RA sources and Explosives, obtain local permits for DG import/export,
transport and field operations.
