Functions: commissioning works for plant equipment and maintenance of automated cement production process lines; operation, adjustment, setting and control of tunnel furnace, hot air heat generators, combustion systems, loading and unloading equipment of drying drum, furnace, crushing machines, compressor and pump station vertical and ball mills. Monitoring and handling of temperature rate and hydraulic control of furnace and dryer as per the process flow requirements. Control over cement and clinker quality. Emergency response. Maintenance of furnace and mills operation log. Interface with CTIEC and VICAT foreign colleagues.

direct supervision at site, cooperation with various management representatives, contractual work, expert supervision of construction site and cost control, quality control, ensuring of the set goals timely fulfillment, ensuring of high-quality performance of working personnel’s job functions, communication with state bodies on work related issues with decent representing home company’s interests, observance of norms and rules when communicating with state workers, guaranteeing of strict fulfillment of work procedures approved by Company management, designing of facilities and construction estimates calculation.

Functions: ensuring uninterrupted and profit-proved operation of turbine house equipment, distribution of electrical and heat loads between units when dispatcher is changed, release of equipment into repair; Managing of steam turbines operation mode as per the established load schedule including managing from the central turbine heat switchboard: start-up, stoppage, pressure test of municipal heating supply, testing of maintained equipment and switchings in turbine heat circuits; control over readings of measuring devices, operation of automatic regulators and signaling devices. Competent emergency response. Able of switching equipment.
