• -Work together with the Marine Coordinator on the shore and the port- captain, helping them to better manage the transport fleet for the sake of efficiency of work of the Marine Department; • -Registration of vessels on shunting operations in the Port log to the desired shape (by the standards of the IMO); • -Hour communication VHF, MF/HF with the captains of ships under the management of the company; • -Providing the latest traffic information to estimate arrival and departure planning of each object; • -Implementation of radio communication between ship and shore stations, as well as monitoring of alarm signals, distress, urgency and safety coming from ships and coastal units of the company; • -The provision of ships with weather forecasts for the destination, navigational warnings, notices to mariners by Russia and Kazakhstan; * Up-date the Schedule of Class Surveys and Inspection which planned thus all to be arranged in time and with minimum charges for Company Filing of all ships documents (vessels and barges) * Maintain the set of Company’s forms and requests referring surveys and inspections needed to maintain Flag State and Class included Radio * Register in-coming and out-coming correspondence regarding the Flag and Class respect of every ship that is under company responsible operation * Implement records of Archive and control old copies of document, other materials both in hard and in electronic version and the ships keys in Box * Control Company’s Library of special books, publications and official issues of Nautical Institution and Admiralties

• - Conduct induction training for employees safety; • Conduct inspection, risk assessment objects to the construction of production facilities to identify violations; • -Control over use of means of individual and collective protection; • -The development of the memo on safety at work, and monitoring of production areas headscarves and safety signs; • - Development of guidelines for workers in the profession;
