Coordinating all Training & Competence projects within Kazakhstan ; • Implemetation of training & competnce procedures and politics • Leadership in enrollment global competence assurance system; • Controlling technical, non-technical and QHSSE mandatory training, external and internal training and vendors; • Controlling, analysing and reporting training budget and plan; • Assistance to product line/department managers in definition of training needs.

• Hiring engineering, field and administrative personnel of all level; • Cooperation with contractors regarding outsourcing expat & local staff: controlling invoices, timesheets, prolonging contracts; • Preparing advertisements for Mass Media; • Close coordinating with Labour department: official correspondences, reports and taking part on vacation fairs;
