- Extract materials from the different source file for Valve, Fin-Fan, Instrument, Rotating Equipment and Other Equipment scopes - Work and Extract Spare Parts Interchangeability List (SPIL's) (Valve and Rotating Equipment) - Identifying FLOC (Functional Locations) by using IDWH (Integrated Data Warehouse), Consolidated Data base and Tag-Doc Link - MM (Material Master) identification by using SAP and Extracted data - Client’s Stock Proposal Form Consolidation (Email) Index - SPF (Stock Proposal Form) analysis

- Collect and maintain files of the latest revision level documentation necessary to define product configuration and control manufacturing processes. - Timely distribution of latest revision level documentation to all appropriate users and ensure that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution. - Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents. - Perform clerical typing duties to generate documents as necessary. - Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant ITP. - Inspect materials, products, and work in progress for conformance to specifications - Inspect storage tanks, fittings, towers, and pipelines - Visit sites to perform inspections - Working on behalf of customer with Vendors and Sub-Vendors directly - Preparing Punch Lists, Non-Conformance Report, Flash reports and Inspection Reports after inspection

- Assist to BD (business development) team, preparing Tenders, RFQ(request for quote) Technical and - Commercial proposals for Well Completion Equipment - Design of Well Completion Schematic - Preparing Design of Services to Completion jobs - Running and installation of packers and its accessories on Customer's fields - In shop preparation of Completion and Service Tools (assembly/ disassembly of completion tools) - Conducts Pressure Testing of prepared equipment

- Installation of FMC Wellhead equipment (Casing Spool, Casing /Tubing heads) - Installation and Removal of Suspension Cap (preparing Rig to move to another well) - M/Up and Nipple Down BOP - Running the Service Tools (BOP test plug, Wear Bushing) - Installation of Hangers (Slip type hangers, 13 3/8 and 10 ¾ Mandrel hangers) - Rigless Activities (Operating Cutter Valve) - Checking and installation of chemical injection lines to the X-mass Tree - Monthly Well monitoring by checking the trapped pressure on outlets - Maintenance Of Wellhead and X-mass tree (Greasing valves and bonnets, replacing of Gate valves on live wells)

- Running Completion Product Tools on the field (Installation and Retrieval of 4.75 BPV and 4.312 plug with prong, Gauge Cutter, LIB) - Rigging up and down of Slickline equipment on an offshore rig during the completion phase - Perform pressure tests and function tests. - Preparation of procedure and report to the customer - Office activities - Design of Service (DoS) and End of Well reports(EOWR) - Selection of correct support tools and instruments to execute the job - In shop preparation of Completion Product Tools (assembly and disassembly slickline and service tools) - Provide paper works for the upcoming job (PTW ,JSA’s ,Risk Assessment, Toolbox talk etc)
