Human Resource Developer • Implementation of Competency program within Caspian region (Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan) • Work with HRIS such as I-learn, LMS, KPI, ESS, METTRO and Competency. • Monitor and organize required trainings (local authority safety required trainings: GGTN, Acid handling, Acid transportation, H2S, BOSET, technical courses, forklift etc.) • Instructor for Rig pass courses (back safety, radiation densometer end‐user, lock out tag out, confined entry space safety); Leadership for Front Line Field Supervisors course • Member of Impact team (participate in social events such as “Professional day” for school graduates, help students to choose a profession for their future, meetings with managers, plant trees with team etc.). Making Monthly Newsletter for the PSL (Production Service Line) for Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan • Assist on tender and audit’s action items concerning personnel development • Responsible for CWFDP (Caspian work force development plan), nationalization program.
