Experience   From 2013-till present time: HSE Lead Engineer “NCOC” Company Main responsibilities:   • Providing supervision and advice on diverse safety issues to the operations in line departments on an as-basis needed  basis • Interfacing with regulators on safety matters • Writing HSE related procedures, work instructions, guidance notes, etc. • Undertaking Emergency response duties • Acting as an internal HSE audit team leader • Giving presentations on HSE related topics • Undertaking HSE Inspections of offices, accommodation and work sites • Performing statistical HSE trend analysis as part of the overall HSE performance monitoring process • Performing Job safety analysis and assist line personnel to undertake same • Participating and lead incident investigations • Reviewing and commenting on Contractor supplied HSE related documentations, such as HSE cases, HSE plans, Permit to Work system, Risk Assessments, SAFER Systems, etc. • Assist in the monitoring of HSE compliance of contractors • Supervising Junior members of the HSE Team when required • Preparing yearly HSE Activity Plan and working on it • Providing/Supporting/Participating in Emergency Drill and Exercises • Providing effective HSE leadership tours on weekly basis • Performing any other task requested by the line manager.         From 2012 – 2013: HSE Engineer “NCOC” Company Main responsibilities: • Support to HSE Superintendent in the day to day implementations of the HSE-MS through the Bautino Base and Operations HSE Cases and associated procedures and operation instructions • Preparing and review Base HSE Procedures • Participate during HSE Audits and follow-up and close out of actions items from these and other activities e.g HSE meetings, site, vehicle and equipment inspections • Support and monitoring of HSE performance of contractors • Control in the day to day HSE issues such as: Job hazard Analysis, Risk Assessment, Site Inspection, Safer-r System,  GRUVIS etc • Support in the collection of Monthly HSE Statistics and other reporting • Updating and maintenance of the Promasys Database (Incident Flash , Pearl etc) • Take part in Incident Investigation as HSE Member • Performing Statistical HSE trend analysis as part of the overall HSE performance monitoring process • Support in the providing compliance with RoK Regulations with Safety matters • To be a contributor of the continues improvement process in line with ISO and OHSAS Certification actively supporting the company management system. • Preparing when required HSE related procedures, work instructions, guidance notes etc. • Undertaking emergency team duties • Acting as an internal HSE Audit team member (ISO & OHSAS standards included) • Giving presentations on HSE related topics • To provided professional support for Helicopter landing operations   2007 June– till 2011 “NCOC” Company Position: HSE Junior Engineer Main responsibilities:   • Organize in line with HR-Training Department all HSE training events including joining information, booking courses, contact with external training providers, logistic and course’s material arrangements, linking with line departments and contractors, other associated tasks. • Assist to Base Safety Superintendent in the preparation and/or translation of Base related HSE documents and reports. • Responsible for all documents and correspondence concerning the Base HSE Dept. • Conduct Company HSE and Site Induction for company employees, contractors and visitors. • Maintain and update all training records and statistics. Verify validity of the relevant HSE external courses certificate.
