• Lead Plant Mechanical Maintenance to maximize plant availability & reliability. Develop schedule for inspection and preventive maintenance in accordance with vendor recommendations and RBI strategy. Calculate MTBF, MTTR of critical equipments. Investigate each failure of equipments (RCA) to increase reliability of equipment. • Plan Organize and execute mechanical activities in plant yearly turnarounds within budget and planned time. In accordance with RoK legislations and internal procedures we have made plans for turnarounds. In 2011 I have been a Project Manager for Central Processing Facility turnaround 2011in Komsomolskoe oil field. (All pressure vessels were opened for internal inspections, all orifice plates were inspected, gas 9 flow meters were installed, all safety valves were calibrated, and same small repairs were done.) Turnaround 2011 was finished on time without any accidents. • Implement HSE policies, standards and procedures to ensure that HSE objectives and targets are met Member of Company Permanent Safety Committee Perform tours around company assets to ensure HSE in place. • Prepare and manage mechanical department’s Opex & Capex budget to ensure expenses remain in line with business plan. Improve quality of maintenance through in time preventive maintenance of mechanical equipments through proper planning with minimum of % repeat jobs and minimizing breakdowns. After each preventive works we are analysing actual condition of equipments and if necessary make improvements. • Prepare, update and review Job Plans, Work Instructions, Scope of Works and Procedures for mechanical maintenance so that up-to-date guidance and procedural coverage is available to all concerned.
