Job responsibilities: • Control and full management of production processes such as: Workover ops (fishing, fracturing, oil stimulation with coiltubing and N2 units, abandoned wells recovery, well testing, well logging, dynamic data analysis, downhole sampling and PVT analysis, drilling. • Work with R&D institutes providing data for development of following projects: - Current Reserves Estimate of Berkut Severny field; - Test Production project of Berkut Severny field, Zharkamys East area; - “Construction of 10kV power supply line to the well BRNU-1” project; - Berkut Severny field development project. -Individual technical Project for construction of exploratory well Berkut-1 (6200м), Berkut-2 (5100м) и Shotykol-2 (1500м). • Work with contracts (preparation, controlling its execution and payments) on all works carried out and purchasing goods. • Development and approval: Terms of Reference, different diagrams and schemes, workover, logging, fracturing, acid fracturing programs, etc. • Analysis of abandoned well stock for further workover ops to well recovering and putting into production on structures: Karatobe, Tuskum, Tuskum North, Shotykol North-West, Kimdysai North, Sartobe, Berkut Severny. Work with JSC «National Geological Senter» receiving required historical well data. • Oil and gas accounting during well testing and oil production, oil transportation, oil discharging into DAP and Oil terminals. Making all reporting and submitting to IACNG. • Hiring technical staff (interviewing). • Work with potential contractors (request, getting price offers and its analysis, contractor selection) on all types of works, services and purchasing goods for field needs. • Correspondence, writing and submitting official letters, controlling payments on time to contractors). • ESP. Work with producers of ESP (data submit, RIH, put into production).

• Control the completion of tasks relating to well testing, production and construction works. • Field infostructure development program development together with Scientific Institute. • HAZID, WHATIF identification study. • Development the plans for well testing and well completion. • Participation in development of technical specifications for construction and testing projects. • Put into production new oil field: Kul-Bas. • Development and program realization on natural gas recovery. • Organize oil transportation to DAP Tassay.
