Responsible for implementing of Alstom Transport welding technology in Republic of Kazakhstan (standard EN 287). Commissioning, organizing of production process in accordance with QHSE rules and requirements. I have received the division with factual quantity of personnel in 8 welders, 2 masters, 1 process engineer and without all required technological equipment and have left my division in quantity of seventy one subordinates (3 process engineers, 6 masters, 61 welders, 1 secretary) plus have achieved the buying and supply needed accessories and equipment. Have produced fourteen sections of KZ8 locos.

Implementing TVET system (Technical & Vocational Education & Training) in Republic of Kazakhstan with such partners as Pearson Education Ltd./Edexcel (UK), GIZ – German society for international partnership , SAIT (Canada), TAFE Directors Australia Inc., Nanyang Polytechnic, British Council, American Councils, TengizChevroil LLP, etc. Undertaking the negotiations with Clients, Partners, Subcontractors. Organizing short-term courses for industrial companies. Working with contracts (checking, changing, making proposals), calculating of projects budget etc.

Worked as a Material Coordinator: processing, updating of piping, structural, electrical and equipment material databases (such as MTO, Level 5) and preparing essential documents also (such as Material issuence slip) in accordance with drawings, purchase orders and purchase requests, tracing received/not received, ordered/not ordered materials. Planning the job for Construction department regarding the avalable material. Providing connection (passing information) between Client, Technical & Engineering Department, Procurement Department and Warehouse. Successfully done job for Exxone Mobil project "Rig 401, 402". Worked for "Zhambyl" project (submersible rig), done part of job for "Temporarily Refuge Barge". All job is going in accordance with ISO 9001-2008; ISO 14001-2004; OHSAS 18001-2007; BS; API; ASME IX, ASME B31.B, EEMUA, ASTM, GOST etc. Get used to work in international team. Job as a technical translator for oil/mining/welding industries from English to Russian and vice versa.

From 26 August 2009 till 25 December - I’ve been working as Quality System Engineer in Aktau-office ERSAI Company. This job deals with checking All Company forms/procedures according internal requirements and International Standards such as ISO 9001-2008, ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS 18001-2007. Also I’ve been responsible to conduct/prepare Training about Company/International Standards requirements; assisting Buro Veritas auditors, who were responsible to lead Company Third Party Audit (preparing CARs and PARs). Providing the closing CARs (Corrective Action Request) issued after audit. From September 2008 till July 2009 – I have been working on site in Kuryk Construction/Fabrication Yard. My job has been dealing with pre-weld monitoring, checking fit-up, checking welds after performing the welding during the qualification of welders and preparing Visual Inspection Reports. Also I have been preparing the requests for RT, UT; data for preparing Welders Qualification Records. For this I’ve been working with International Standards such as ASME IX, ASME B31.3, EEMUA 158. I’ve been monitoring/updating logs for all Company welders (who are Active/Resign, passed qualification or no, for which positions he is qualified etc.) and has been preparing/translating relating documents/ procedures. I’ve been responsible for sending Coupon sizes to local laboratories for mechanical testing; also I’ve been monitoring the sending for calibration our instruments (monitoring special log book for Calibration). I’ve done the job for project “Castoro 12” Barge Modernization (documentation: VT, RT, UT, MPI, Assembly check reports etc., according the RMRS Rules (Russian Marine Register of Shipping). I've been involved in job for such projects as "Old/New Pipe rack", "Piles and Flares", "Trunklines" also. Sometimes I’ve been working as a technical interpreter/translator.

Name of my chair - ”Mining Machines and Equipment” (MM&E). I have been responsible for laboratory and practice lessons deal with oil industry, such as machines and equipment for searching hydrocarbons reservoirs, drilling, extracting, processing, transportation. I have been creating of guidance manual for all of these discipline, because it was new direction in our university and we have only two specialists for this job (me and professor M.Shmanov) and, of course, I havу had own group of students, whom I had to organize to follow in good educational direction.
