Purpose: • To monitor travel request and expense claim submissions to ensure compliance with Company policy and procedure, also to provide general support to the Administration team as required. • Preparing Income tax and Employment Certificate to ee’s • Checking and updating HR Archive • Checking all types of expense of ee’s as per company policy’s and benefits procedures • Checking, approving, rejecting and correcting all types of SAP Travel Requests/Expenses (Training requests/expenses) • Training ee’s and department administrators SAP Travel align with policy and procedure Responsibilities: • • Checking SAP Travel requests for all DHK personnel ensuring compliance with individual employment agreement/Company Travel Policy; • Checking SAP travel expense reports related to business trips and rotational trips for national personnel ensuring compliance with individual employment agreement /Company Travel Policy; • Advising employee’s request/queries regarding Travel issues and its administration procedure in SAP, ensuring compliance with Agip KCO Travel Policy and Procedures; • SAP Focal Point for Training other personnel on SAP Travel Management; • Administering and advising the process regarding Expense claims and Miscellaneous expense reports, ensuring the appropriate allocation of cost (GLA and CC) • • Administration and support for shipment reimbursement for national staff; • Preparation of employees employment reference;
