• Researching legal & technical phraseology to ensure the correct translation is used; • Liaising with clients / contractors to discuss any unclear points; • Providing guidance & feedback & creating customer-specific style guides; • Translation of Documents/ Letters / Company Orders / Work Instructions / Company Procedures/ Bulletins / Acts / Reports and etc into three languages : English, Russian and Kazakh; • Reviewing and proofreading mother-tongue text; • Revising other employee`s translations; • Conducting face-to-face interpreting; • Participating in HSE Meetings for translation and interpretation; • Assistance of HSE&S Manager; • Telephone interpreting; • Working as a translator for Company, Clients, local authorities; • Supporting the translation team with other projects when necessary; • Preparing HSE Statistical reports for projects, clients, meetings (weekly, monthly) • SAP Requisitions, requisitions for services, documents, materials, goods, equipment and etc (Delivery Order, Work Order, Company Purchase Requests for Order / Tender); • To participate and assist HSE Manager during Meetings and HSE events; • Translation, issuance of Company Orders / Letters. • knowledge in GHRS System •knowledge in TMS Portal
