• Overseen safety aspects during : drilling five exploration wells, well test operations ,logistic operations –marine / land transport, bunkering operations, tank cleaning operations, lifting and hoisting operations, crane operations, geotechnical / geothisical / on ice surveys, personall transfer via FROG transportation basket. Had no recordable incident during worked period. • Overseeing and leading the team of Safety Advisors and Practitioner in providing advice and support in the implementation, maintenance and management of safety risk in company business and operational activities consistent with Goal Zero – or no harm to people; and safeguarding of company assets within the principle of ALARP; • Maintain a good balance of tasks allocation among the Safety team members to support the overall effectiveness of the HSSE team delivery of HSE programs and services to line operations and other organizational activities and requirements meeting the HSSE-SP Control Framework; • Supervise the effective delivery of the assigned tasks, accountabilities and responsibilities of each member of the safety team based on their Tasks and Targets or GPAs; • Overseeing competence development of safety team members based on their respective Individual Development Plans (IDPs); • Supervise and mentor junior safety professionals and assist in the competence development of HSE Critical Staff; • Lead and or support as needed the implementation of safety related HEMP controls and processes, Safety Programs (including behavioural-based safety, intervention culture, Hearts and Minds) and Safety Management System elements; • Exercise HSE Leadership and visible management commitment in embedding a high level of HSE culture in the organization; • Liaise, coordinate and network with HSE peers and other disciplines professionals – within the company, region, with JV companies, with global Subject Matter Experts – to gain knowledge as well as contribute to best practices, standards, and communication and cascade of Lessons Learnt as relevant and useful for the effective delivery of job requirements and professional growth;

If need be, other departments specialists should be involved into for their assistance. • Participate in inspections performed by KPO departments, contractors and state regulatory authorities. • Make KPO and contractors procedures arranged and interrelated, to make proposals on their improvement, participate in procedures revision, get the procedures considered and approved. • Interface with employees of KPO, contractors, training centre on training courses to be organized as for the operational safety is concerned. Initiate the appropriate training for WEOP Department and contractors personnel to be conducted. • Get KPO and contractors personnel acquainted with audit procedures in accordance with audit booklets check-list. Perform audits as per schedules and get items of the audit punch-list cleared in a timely manner. • Carry out risk assessment of well operations in accordance with KPO procedure, require that from KPO and contractors, assist them if need be. • Make out and submit the simultaneous operations documentation to appropriate officials. • Work with facilities and sites personnel on revealing and defining hazards and measures to mitigate risks during operations. • If need be, perform the inductory safety briefing to KPO ingoing personnel and visitors of WEOP Dept sites and facilities.Organize incident and accident investigations, take part in commission work, issue and submit investigation reports in a timely manner. • Issue materials, organize and take part in safety meeting done by HSE section of WEOP department, and if necessary, performed by other departments and contractors. Participate in site safety meetings and bring the existing issues and ways to sort them out to personnel’s attention. • Organize blow-out prevention activities on WEOP department sites. Require issuing of documentation on prevention activities as per RoK requirements. Control the timely and correct manner of such documents being maintained on sites and facilities.

Responsibilities : • Manage and coordinate the activities of HSE Department • Ensure the continuous development and implementation of the HSE Management System.
