Coating application on fabrication shop and site application − Verification of climatic conditions and various QC tests. (Salt Contamination, Dust, Profile roughness and DFT tests) − Reporting of all Painting and Coating processes − Inspection of all Coating activities on painting and blasting shop and perform QC test including Adhesion and Holiday tests. − Insulation inspection (FOAMGLAS, Fibaroll, Pittwrap,Mineral wool, Cladding) − Ensuring that the coating and insulation processes are conducted in compliance with manufacturer requirements and client specification. − Documentation of quality control records as per specification.
