• Coordinate and plan Bidding center activities. • Manage professional development of Bidding center members. • Update Bidding center regulative documents in accordance with business needs • Preparation of documents as per Samruk-Kazyna, Nadloc, PSA (TCO, KRO, NCOC, Zhaikmunai, Lukoil) tender rules, as well as preparation of handling tender preparation process for strategic/big customers in other countries (Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan) in Russian, Kazakh and English languages; • Conduct audits and investigations of tender failures; • Conduct pre-submission quality check of tenders on behalf of all legal entities of Schlumberger group of companies in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan; • Conduct training for the sales representatives in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Russia; • Other responsibilities as per business needs

• Preparation of Drilling Group tenders as per Samruk-Kazyna, Nadloc, PSA (TCO, KRO, NCOC, Zhaikmunai, Lukoil) tender rules, as well as preparation of tenders for customers in other countries (Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan) in Russian, Kazakh and English languages; • Conduct QC audits and investigations of all failures • Working with business systems such as CRM, SAP; • Monitoring of clients/competitors activity; • all related Sales and Marketing activity at manager's request; • Involved in Oil & Gas Exhibition
