• I was responsible for the safe delivery of construction and commissioning activities (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, HVAC, Hydrotest, Leak test, Scaffolding, Rope Access, Excavation, Lifting) in 3GI and 3GP. These are Chevron’s largest assets, with a production capacity of 12 mln tons of oil per year in 3GP and 9.4 bln m³ of sour gas injection per year in 3GI. From the start of the projects on 3GI and 3GP Kent achieved 6 mln and 4 mln safe hours respectively, without a worse than First Aid Case; • Led, coached and mentored HSE team under my resources, including HSE Supervisors, Officers and Administrator. Most of them received TCO medals for their outstanding contribution in safe execution of the projects; • Reported directly to the Project HSE Manager, and my ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage both my time and my team's was crucial in ensuring that all objectives and deadlines were successfully achieved; • Managed and implemented the project HSE management plan and management system for the project with the client and corporate HSE expectations and performance requirements. In 2023 we successfully passed ISO recertification audit by AFNOR and revalidated our ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certificates; • Led and managed the incident notification process, both internally and externally, to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company, client and government labor regulations within the designated timeframes. Facilitated incident investigations utilizing different methods of root cause analysis, assigned SMART corrective actions and ensured their timely closure; • Facilitated HazID and bow-tie workshops, developed project specific Risk Registers, assisted discipline engineers in development of PPHA (Planning Phase Hazard Analysis) and reviewed risk assessments for high risk activities; • Ensured HSE compliance and performed regular HSE audits & inspections, provided solutions for creating/improving safe work environment, adopted a culture of “see it, own it, fix it”. Managed HSE inspection trend matrix and identified areas to focus the team; • Developed and maintained the Project Compliance Obligation Log to ensure adherence to legal requirements from government, company, and client; • Ensured training, toolbox meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s training matrix and HSE programs/action plans;

• Conducted safety evaluation before the selection of the contractors as per HSE criteria for Turnaround, Drilling Directorate, Production Projects; • Developed HSE action plans for the Production Projects, Turnaround, Drilling Directorates under my coordination; • Created and implemented personal safety initiatives and campaigns to boost safety awareness among company employees and contractors; • Ensured Incident Investigation and Reporting is implemented as per government and company requirements; • Provided SME support for contractors under my coordination in preparation of Project-specific Risk Assessment documentations as per company requirements; • Developed HSE meeting structure on regular basis including contractors (one team approach) and took the lead in implementing them; • Promoted closure of actions raised from: audits/inspections/incident investigation and company SAFE-R system; • Developed HSE introduction program for contractor’s personnel under my coordination; • Prepared reports for Business Performance Review meetings by utilizing HSE statistics and data analysis;

• Supported operations and maintenance supervisors and their teams in building a pro-active HSE culture at all levels, including contractors; • Assisted Risk Assessments including WRAP (Workplace Risk Assessment) and TRIC (Toolbox Talk Risk Identification Card) activities to ensure that hazards are recognized, controls implemented, and the process documented in accordance with best industry practice; • Assisted in the recording and reporting monthly HSE statistics against company Key Performance Indicators; • Supported lateral learning and sharing of information between different areas through direct engagements and communication including maintenance of HSE notice boards information, dissemination of alerts, etc; • Assisted in the effective implementation and maintenance of the SAFE-R system;

• Conducted hygienic and safety inspections to ensure the on-going adherence to government and company regulations and standards; • Supported discipline supervisors and engineers with pre-work risk assessments (JHA) and ensured effectiveness of risk mitigation measures; • Conducted daily HSE toolbox meetings; • Advised workers on proper choice, usage of PPE and safe methods of working; • Analyzed information provided by Interaction and Behavior-Based Safety cards and made corrective actions; • Monitored levels of harmful factors at workplaces; • Carried out calibration of equipment used for monitoring harmful factors; • Prepared safety bulletins, reports with facts and figures related to safety of employees and manager review;
