Responsible to lead and coordinate Preservation activities in KPO expansion project (KEP1A/B). Main duties and priorities: 1) Safety performance 2) Plan development with other counterparts to de-preserve equipment in pre-commissioning and commissioning phases and ensure materials and resources availability to support the program. 3) Systematic interaction (meetings, dialogues, workshops, presentations) with BPs in order to meet Project objectives. 4) Preparation of Vendor work-pack according to Preservation maintenance requirements(PMR) and ensure the scopes can be implemented following Project schedule, specification and procedure. Practical understanding of different disciplines. e.g. Rotating equipment like Gas Turbine, Centrifugal compressor, various types of pumps. Teamwork, Coordination, Organization, Planning, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control.

• Supervise, develop, and direct day-to-day activities of Warehouse personnel. • Coordinate materials activities between the Warehouse locations and the rig. • Responsible for the storage, movement, inventory integrity, security, and disposal of material. • Receive, inspect, verify, and store materials delivered to Warehouse. • Provides for records and location control of all rented drill tool equipment and follow up with offshore personnel to make sure rental equipment is immediately returned to vendors once dispatched from the field. • Ensures maintenance records of all material movements, stock and rental, including Materials Transfer Manifest (MTM), Goods Received Notes (GRN), Materials Return Note (MRN), Stock Transfer Note (STN), and Damage/Discrepancy Notes (DDN). • Preparation of consolidated load-out lists based on input from Drilling Engineers and dissemination of these to all parties concerned.

1) Store product by designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to production and shipping requirements; updating location database. 2) Prepare product for shipment by verifying location. 3) Verifie product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports; adjusting entries. 4) Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases. 5) Monitors inventory by completing counts as required. 1) In charge of ordering, receiving and counting all types of products. 2) Work with products being shipped to customers and properly log all receipts to ensure accurate inventory counts. 3) Submit annual budget reports, ensure financial standards, and resolve issues. 4) Act as liaison between the warehouse and customer service. 5) Assess and monitor warehouse transactions. Track inventory maintenance and control equipment flow.

1) Choose the best route and method of transportation. 2) Get required approvals for the transportation of hazardous and oversized cargo, as well as the accompanying goods. 3) Ensures the timely submission transport in the unloading / loading. 4) Supervises loading, consolidation, storage of goods in order to optimize the process of movement. - Coordinates the entire process of transportation.

1) Order and receive equipment and materials. 2) Store and maintain items in their respective locations in a warehouse. 3) Handle and execute loading and unloading operations. 4) Pack and transport items from warehouse to assigned destinations. 5) Assist and support warehouse administrative staff in maintaining and updating inventories.(Cycling Counts). 6) Keep the warehouse premises neat and tidy. 7) Prepare and process all paperwork relating to shipping abroad.(Export) 8) Mail and send invoices and other related documents to customers. 9) Ability to conduct surveys of supply equipment to the operations department. This includes creating purchase orders or other request forms for purchasing supplies, equipment needed, verify quantity, description, condition.

1) Keeping records of drilling crew and rotational village. 2) Coordination of employees requests for leave, applications for release with immediate supervisor of drilling crews and information of HR on a timely basis. 3) Preparation of daily reports on inventory drilling and workover reports, diesel fuel, oil, drinking water, gas, oxygen. 4) Monthly preparation of material write-off acts as per daily reports and submittal to Finance and Accounting department to display in accounting records. 5) Preparation of acts to write-off other materials obtained from warehouse (construction materials, stationary, electrical equipment). 6) Time keeping of motor vehicle used at wellsite, maintaining records of fueling, monthly submittal of originals drilling crew time sheets on the last day of month. 7) Arrangement of Safety meeting before job and keeping records of safety documentation. 8) Control storage, accepting the spare parts, storing and sending inventories ( equipment, materials, chemicals, spare parts, tools and so on) where its needed. - 3 month experience in Aktobe “ADA oil” oilfield.

1) Prepare MRs identifying job number and send to the procurement team for further action 2) Monitoring of incoming and outgoing materials. 3) Distribution and dispatching of requested materials. 4) Checking the incoming materials or items with proper documents (Invoice, certificate, MSDS, etc.) 5) Preparation of monthly stocks report; incoming and outgoing transactions. 6) Spot physical inventorychacks of materials against stock card balance on computer records.
