Implement Responsible for preparation on the format and quality of the work preparation for work pack. Responsible for defining scope for logistics, contacting & procurement services for TA detailed work packs and provide input to logistics and environmental plans. Planning and scheduling of work process especially using programs ROSER & SAP. Identifying materials, tools and spare part requirements needed to carry out the activities during Turnaround Selection and material coding of new instruments and further proposal for procurement. Preparation of all necessarily materials / special tools to Instrumentation Team for execute during the Turnaround. Assist and active participation in the preparation and follow up of the preservation campaign. Participate in reviews of the work scope, plans and schedules to ensure deliverables are optimized including review of planning deliverable and work method statements and Quality plan. Leads Lessons Learned and Look back process looking for improvements in terms of work preparation and discipline execution. Maintaining different registers and trackers: DCC register, Electrical Heat Tracing Matrix etc.

• Follows Work Order processing based on the Maintenance Process flow; • Scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities; • Applies accurate resource estimating techniques to work plans (e.g. manhours, materials, tools, spare part requirements), searching and preparing required schems (Single Line Diagram, Location of Panels, of lights etc.) •Proficient usage SAP during Maintenance campaign activities, including Z1, Z6 notifications close out Work Orders, ordering and tracking materials; • Investigation mismatch reasons of lighting system, earthing system, UPS, Electrical motors, transformers, heaters, etc., follow to PML (Preventive Maintenance Library) ; • Preparing method statement and risk assesment to execute the job safely and in correct way ; • Preparing and sending spare part forms to coding team; • Direct contact with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for clarification of equipment maintenance and arrangment ; • Site verification of all equipment relevant to work pack and completion of work pack checklist by coordinating the compilation of all required checklist items;

• Coordinating with Workpack Supervisors and DCC that documentation AFC to be included in installation workpacks; • Ensure that the change management process is followed; • Coordinating with Workpack Supervisors that AFC will be indicated by RED LINE after completion of IWP; • Coordinating works with DCC that ensure proper execution of procedures and processes; • To keep a register of technical queries, RLMUs and update them. • Ensure that drawings are submitted in accordance with IWP and system completion schedules

Coordinating of Work Preparation Team: • Preparation of a full work packs required to perform a given scope of work and specifications. • Control of the preparation of work packs according to the Managment Priority, give for supervisors and QA/QC Team for further activities of work. • Maintenance of database on registration of prepared work packages, make changes and adjustments •Monitoring and daily analysis about work progress, indicate status of work packs in Final Daily Report • Performing tasks from Construction Manager, make plans for preparation of work packs • Resolution of disputes and conflict situations • Assist to QA/QC Team in preparation completion works on project “Turnaround-2019”, doing Site Quality Dossiers and delivery to the Customer

Work Pack Preparer • Preparation of a full work packs required to perform a given scope of work and specifications. •Allocate into Work Packs all site activities that need to be considered, Destruct, installation, inspection, site testing and commissioning and any specialists vendors works; •Preparation of the required documents (P&ID; Single Lien Diagram; JB, Panel, Substation Layouts; ISO of the Heat Tracings, Pipings. Hook up, loop diagrams, Cause effect.) Provided assistance to PTW (Permit to Work) Team, for Electrical and Instrument Supervisors and QA/QC during survey and execution phases of the work. •Monitoring and daily analysis about work progress • Do visual site inspection if required and participating in the calibration and installation/removing of Instruments, loop check, Electrical (Mineral, Self-regulating) Heat Tracing installation/dismounting;

• preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports and time sheets; preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports and time sheets; • preparation of a package of documents "Permit to Work" for engineers and technicians for the service maintenance of detectors and sensors; • work planning in the single SAP system NCOC; • acceptance and distribution of applications; • preparation of forms for passes and access to the plant; • Execution of orders from the coordinator
