● Preparation of drilling programs and performing all aspects of drilling engineering works for the successful, cost effective and safe implementation of drilling activities. ● Liaise, communicate and interface with relevant internal and external parties to ensure that the drilling operation is carried-out as per approved plan. ● Understand every HSE procedure and rules related with drilling activities and assist to promote the implementation in view of compliance and effectiveness in the drilling activities. ● Review day-to-day operation and entire drilling campaign and evaluate the procedure and technical approach for future reference. ● Prepare and provide the basic requirements for the scope of works and technical specifications for tender packages to be in line with project requirements and meet the minimum cost concept and HSE requirements. ● Summarize progress of project, highlight milestone achieved or Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and forward planning and timing. Review project schedule including hold points and milestone.

● The biggest project executed in Kazakhstan - construction of pipe racks, FGP Project for TCO (Chevron, Exxon, LukArco, KazMunayGaz) ● Ensure 100% execution of the project; coordinate the delivery of materials. ● Make sure that all corresponding documentations are available and complies with all HSSE standards

● Management of client contracts ● Optimize and standardize all documentation of company as per Western standards ● Identify areas for improvement of existing contracts ● Prepare documentation for tender bid process

● Provide remote and onsite engineering support on drilling and fishing parameters by utilizing various software systems to the field operations team. ● Open Hole and Cased Hole Fishing services (Wellbore Departure, Thru-tubing, Casing Cutters, Mills, etc.) ● Investigation of unusual or unsatisfactory product performance to determine root cause and take preventative actions. ● Working closely with Senior Managers; coach and mentor multiple Junior Engineers. ● Be in contact with Design Engineering and Reliability Groups in Houston to ensure they are up to date on product performance and take part in design reviews for required products ● Prepare pre-job analysis and drilling programs; monitor and execute drilling activities and prepare end of well reports.
