Mineral interest on "N" block belongs to JSC NK «KazMunayGas» - 51%; N block B.V. – 24.5; MUBADALA Development Company (oil& Gas N block Kazakhstan) GMBH – 24.5%. Major duties include: Provision legal support to all offshore operations; Maintain conformity of internal documents with laws, Contract for exploration and production of hydrocarbons, Joint Operations Agreement, and other approved provisions in the partnership; Preparation of draft contracts including Master well services agreements. Participation in procurement process and monitoring its compliance with laws and procedures, internal regulations; Provision legal assistance to management and investors – KazMunaiGas, N Block B.V. and Mubadala.
