Responsibilities: 1.Verify invoices submitted for payment for checking compliance and availability of mandatory details, and also prepare supplier’s invoices for payment. 2.Timely register and retain paid invoices and relevant bank statements related to paid invoices. 3. Operate Internet banking system for generating payments and statements. 4. Reconcile data between bank account balance, SAP system and bank statements. 5. Conduct process of payment of all invoices as per the dates set forth by contract. 6. Generate and maintain the registers of paid invoices, withheld banking fees, movements and transactions on transit and other bank accounts 7. Timely and correctly input transactions and items movement in SAP system and update them on daily basis. 8. Providing forecast for month and daily basis, based on information taken from Accounts payable, Accounts receivable. 9. Preparing quarterly reports for National Bank of Kazakhstan (1PB, Anex 3,6,8) 10. Preparing Financial Flash and Cash flow on monthly basis. 11. Preparing and providing for management Quarter forecast for Cash flow and Initial Budget.
