Checked painting, welding, and fireproofing activities of pipe racks, structural steels, piping spools, and equipment in accordance with AGIP KCO specifications, SSPC and NACE standards for Kashagan East Field Development Project. Prepared and submitted reports of completed works to client. Calculation of amount of paint required for the project.

Checking blasting, coating, welding activities for Tobruk - Sarir Pipeline Replacement project accordance with PETROJET specifications. Material inspection, checking material certificates. Perform and report inspections and surveillance as required by contract, specification and system documentation. Ensure compliance with the Quality System requirements and procedures. To perform the tests regarding Corrosion Coating. To compare the test indexes with Specification. Co-ordination of Inspector activities for the processes involved in 3 Layer (FBE, Adhesive, PE or PP) line pipe coating. Checking for pipe weight, Length, damages on anti-corrosion coatings (FBE, PE or PP),checking anode installation and visual welding inspection. Supervision of the pipe’s of characteristics at “Final station”, where the pipes are checked after coating had being completed. To prepare the Inspection reports regarding activities and production.

Checking fabrication and NDT drawings, welder’s qualification against project approved welder’s list, welding parameters, job completion, and inspection during fabrication (structural), raising Computer Input Requests (C.I.R.). Material inspection, checking standards used. Review of fabrication and NDT drawings for appropriate job. Carry out fit-ups & visual of structural welds, ensuring that preheat control was being implemented as well as welding parameter checks to ensure compliance with WPS Co-ordination with NDT department to ensure correct NDT is carried out. General visual inspection of completed job prior to release for painting, fireproofing

Quality control during production, load in and load out of pipes. Carrying out tests for checking the quality of anticorrosion, concrete and paint coatings. Comparing of taken data with specifications after getting test results. Checking of all parameters affecting the quality of production. Prevention and stopping the work in case of not following of all rules and procedures concerning applying of anti-corrosion, and concrete coatings. Control of characteristics at “Final station”, where the pipes are checked after coating had being completed. To prepare the Inspection reports regarding activities and production. Ensuring traceability of every pipe from receipt to load out, recording data in database and producing reports. Control of all coating records, collation and submission of corrosion coating reports to the client.
