Reviews Engineering and Construction packages and coordinates the inspection and maintenance of all piping system in accordance with the piping system program during commissioning, start-up and operation. Supervising the Flange Management activity for critical joints, this includes checking and machining the flange faces, requesting materials, installing the gaskets and valves, torque and bolting as per procedure. Preparing the tags for the critical joints. Coordinating with Agip QC for RFI submitting and inspection. Reporting to the section Engineer. Preparing the daily progress report. Conducting Tool Box Talks for the crew. Organize action under the safety rules and regulations. Performs isometric checking to ensure the correct materials used for construction. Checks the isometric sheets ,P&ID equipment layout and piping material specification. Checks the physical data sheets assigned API,ASME,ASTM standards and vendor catalogs for consistency of validations to ensure the correct usage of correct dimension. Verification of construction completion as well as coordination, scheduling and execution of the commissioning program in accordance with the Project Completion Work Plan. Conduct Mechanical/Piping systems/sub-system packages walk downs together with AGIP-KCO HUC-UP Completion Team and generate Punch lists. Reviewing engineering drawings P&ID’s, D&ID’s and specifications requirements to ensure adequate provisions have been made for testing, flushing, Steam blowing, cleaning and rotating equipment turning, Oil systems circulated flushing, Grease filling and Initial test run other pre-commissioning/commissioning functions. Maintain commissioning and start-up records. Utilize the safety tagging and lockout procedure/process. Assist in the planning, scheduling and performance of equipment during the commissioning and start-up. Work closely with AGIP-KCO HUC UP on-site personnel’s and completion representatives engaged in pre-commissioning and troubleshooting activities

Arrange and translating all site progress reports of Construction & QA/QC Dept. Filling up DWR (daily welding reports), MRF (material request form). Supervising the installation of the Flare area. Supervising the pumps and Compressor alignment. Reporting to the section Engineer. Preparing the daily progress report. Conducting Tool Box Talks for the crew. Control all permits issuing for site work including the required attachments (Risk assessment, Method statement, Rescue Plan.). Control all extra works at site with preparation for time sheets (Man power, Equipment’s, Consumable Material). Organize action under the safety rules and regulations.
