My duties: * Developing the Project Execution Plan - Baseline Schedule, Gantt Charts, Planned S-Curve and Manpower Histogram. ; * Providing regular progress reports on current status of projects (TCO) ; * Review, assess and analyze cost during all phases of Project ; * Visiting worksites to check construction progress. ; * Checking issues related to critical parts & delays in the project progress and establishing Project Recovery Plans in order to meet Baseline Schedules. ; * Supporting the Management during the preparation of the Bids. ; * Developing of weekly execution plans & priority tasks for Site Supervisors and Foremen. ;

* Analyzing job related hazards and preparation of JHAs; ; * Agreement with TCO representatives and confirmation of documents, negotiation with work responsible persons regarding new projects; ; * Translation of Job Hazard Analysis into Kazakh, Russian and English languages ;

TCO Facilities Engineering Construction Group (FECG), SGP & KTL Projects * Translation of toolbox-talks, safety meetings, work procedures, business correspondence and technical documentation; ; * Assisting to TCO Construction Representatives in coordinating work activities between Contractors; ;

* Checking pipeline modifications at site and preparation of as-built drawings (Red Line Mark up's) by hand and in AutoCAD for new revision; ; * Preparation Weekly and Monthly Progress Analysis ( in cooperation with QA/QC and Planning departments); ; * Assisting to Quantity Surveyor, calculation of work's volume performed and man-hours expended for making Invoices; ; * Reporting field construction activities to the Client ; * Supporting Construction Supervisors in preparation and translation of reports and various documentation; ;

Bolashak Oil and Gas Processing Plant - Eskene West - Karabatan * Translation of work procedures (civil, concrete, steel structure and piping works); ; * Assisting to Supervisor in coordinating work activities between Sub-Contractors; ; * Dealing with HR documentation (contracts, orders, timesheets) ;
