As Human Resource Specialist, I am assisting with Human Resource matters for associates (200+), who are working on assignment of one of the major client, IBM (M) RCC. My current experience includes wide varieties of job scope, such as: On - boarding:  Check and make on-boarding process smooth for all parties: new hire, our internal staff and client (Hiring Manager). (Contract, induction kit etc.)  Do induction for new hires (the biggest induction presentation was done for 40 people in one time) Off-boarding:  Receive of resignation letter duly signed and acknowledged by respective Hiring manager  Explain about leaving process for local & foreign hires  Determine and confirm balance of annual leave (to pay in lieu or fully utilize) etc. Renewal process:  Prepare renewal letters, follow up with Hiring managers proper renewal date  Make sure, that all contract staff has signed contract etc. Attend & Respond to HM & Associates on Disciplinary Procedures on Work Performance/Tardiness/Absenteeism Attend & Respond to HM & Associates via Walk In (face to face)/Email or Phone Queries Arrange outstation/overseas travel arrangement for associate due to client requested work assignment or training etc.
