Acts as safety leader to promote Rominserv safety culture to all maintenance personnel, including contractors and subcontractors. Supervise, coordinate, plan, direct, and organize activities including overhaul, alteration, maintenance, and repairs of electrical and mechanical equipment, instruments, and controls, including various preventative and corrective maintenance programs at Rompetrol Refineries - Petromidia Rafinare. Formulate and execute action required to resolve immediate equipment problems. Collaborate with maintenance personnel, and beneficiaries to ensure equipment is repaired safely and efficiently. Maintain and ensure safe working conditions, use of proper tools and equipment, and PPE. Actively seek ways to improve productivity and efficiency of maintenance. Investigate abnormal operating conditions, equipment failures, operating and maintenance problems. Identify and analyze root causes and drive continuous improvement with crew members' implementation of ideas. Supervise all maintenance activities in accordance with the policies, practices, standards, and rules of the company.

Managing of Inspection of pipelines and pressurized equipment under ISCIR (National body, responsible on behalf of the Romanian government for ensuring the safe operation of facilities and equipment) at Rompetrol Refineries - Petromidia Rafinare, Vega. Review and approval of the Inspection programs. Scheduling of online and Shutdown inspection. Implementation of Advanced technics and methods for Inspection activity. Verifying the completeness and correctness of inspections. Control over the timely submission and approval of final reports in the authorized body. Optimization of inspection costs by the implementation of cost-effective technics (Advanced NDT, Rope Access).

· Providing of Independent third-party inspections for the following projects: TCO FGP (Worley, Fluor, KSS, KPJV), KPO, Caspian Pipeline Consortium, Integrated Petrochemical Complex (KPI Inc.) · Providing Technical Supervision of construction activities for the following projects: Integrated Petrochemical Complex (KPI Inc.), Upgrading of Atyrau Refinery · Management of the activities of inspectors in quality control, including out of Kazakhstan, during a third – part independent inspection of equipment manufacturing. · Approval of inspection reports. Quality assurance of inspection activities in accordance with international rules (ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, etc.) and RoK · Verifying compliance to Project Quality Plan, specifications and standards · Communication with offices of Intertek Group around the world to support inspection activities outside of Kazakhstan · Work with clients when considering technical issues arising during inspections · Arrangement of works in accordance with Quality Management System · Preparation of technical documentation for participation in tenders for providing QA/QC Surveillance Services. Providing potential clients information about the company's quality control capabilities
