- Performed all routine reception desk duties as reception desk agent including supervision of other reception desk agents, concierge desk agents and bell desk agents. - Performed daily supervisor reports to Front Office management such as house statistics, financial status of hotel before and after night audit. - Prepared daily house activity reports for hotel management. - Check the Rate Discrepancy Report ensuring that all rate codes,discounts and chanel codes. - Record any major incidents and important information in the report of Night Manager. - Check all updated registration cards ensuring that the information is complete, all the documents attached and payment guarantee has been taken. - Ensure that the privacy and the security of all guests are maintained and that no information is disclosed to anybody. - Ensure that the I.D's are taken for all visitors.
