At Karachaganak plant shut down and perform technical maintenance service of gas turbines and flash gas compressors.

• Supervising construction and ensuring that construction complies with detailed engineering, schedule and safety practices, look ahead and plan for new jobs. • Helps the management to identify any actual or future slippage or blocking points in work progress • To check the progress of the work performed by the contractor, responsible for the time sheets for the work force • To participate in technical reviews • To ensure that all risks are well anticipated and reduced as much as possible by the contractor. • Control of the contractor during construction activities • To report on the work performed by the contractor and on any problems encountered to the Mechanical Superintendent • Testing isometric drawing as piping, steel structural, and mechanical, for open positions of KPO,Ersai

Tasks: - Experimental Project Offshore, D-Island Kashagan • Survey and checking the assembling of equipment and piping (pre commissioning) as per Project Specification and RoK Law and standards. • Preparation for testing and testing of the following equipment: motors, pumps, compressors, valve actuators (electric, pneumatic, hydraulic drive), dampers. Hydro test of piping and tanks. Alignment and balancing of the pumps with unit “john Crane” Preparation for testing and testing of the following system: Fire Fighting system Cooling Medium system Heating medium system Instrument Air system HVAC system • Worked with equipment of different supplier, follow with them (manufacture) recommendation. • Prepare all necessary documentation: acts, check lists etc. • carries out tests or jobs assigned by the discipline leader • For pumping and compressor equipment - carried out the following works - instrument control of vibration and temperature during solo and load runs of dynamic equipment, control over operation of flash gas compressor lube oil system, dynamic equipment greasing prior to start up, etc • Follow safety regulations and applies them in practice • Internal inspections of vessels (cylinders, columns, filters) • Took part in final close up of vessels, columns and filters Run tests of pumps, greasing motor and fan bearings Alignment of a cooler and a motor, belt tensioning of coolers and any other mechanical equipment, measurement of vibration and temperature (flushing oil system compressor) Couple assembling and disassembling Mounting of motors and pumps Calibration and inspection of valves, mechanical isolation of valves with P&ID drawings - supervises units operation under critical and emergency situations - interfaces with other project disciplines to ensure smooth, reliable and timely flow of data, and information - reviews and evaluates any proposals/requests pertaining to Mechanical/Electrical/I&C, and provides technical support in Project decision making - provides technical assessment and support for commissioning Mechanical/Electrical/I&C issues regarding site queries submitted by Contractors - directly organizes all commissioning activities in the field - Complete Check Lists(A-B)/Punch Lists jointly with MC group.

• Review the Structural Design documents (Isometrics, Tie-ins list, Instrument specification sheets, Line designation table, Supports Details). • Continuously updated project drawings and documents to final As-built status. • Check the Material availability at site stock and the material replacements when required. • Review the structural activities and completion in accordance with schedule requirements. • Work with QC/QA department, assistance in quality control activities, run welding daily reports, NDT requests.
