(1) Responsible for motor fuel supply chain for Chevron Service Stations, Refinery - Purchase Order -Transportation - Storage; Chevron and Texaco SS at Almaty, Astana and Atyrau; (2) Quality Control and Storage Control of purchased fuel, Direct supply contracts with Atyrau, Shymkent and Omsk refinery, local oil tollers; (3) Maintenance of Service Stations facilities, pumps, generators, HVAC.

(1) Logistics preparation and follow up of purchasing, transportation, storing and distribution of relief goods (Winter apeal Kazakhstan 97-98, Fergana floods 98, Finnish Red Cross food programm 98-99) ; (2) Coordinating and monitoring of Public Canteens program at the 15 cities of Kazakhstan, 2 cities of Kyrgyzstan, 2 cities in Uzbekistan (Winter apeal Kazakhstan 97-98, Aral sea programm 99). (3) Preparation of project reports.

(1) Organizing and follow-up of logistics orders and field supply, TB hospital renovation, set-up of MSF house; (2) Administration and maintenance of MSF hospital, fleet management, TB project start-up.
