Conducting work with key clients of the company: KPO, TCO, Agip KCO. Interaction with state structures: Ministries and Local Authorities. Co-ordination with global technology group on corporate product development and supply projects. Commercial responsibility for sales within the RoK. Coordination of super major clients as KPO, TCO, KMG. Coordination of supplying material on timely manner. Participating on tenders. Meeting with potential clients. Management of local procurement activity performed for the main clients: market requisition follow up, purchasing and transportation. Maintenance of the on going relationship with specific clients (Oil and Gas Industry) for negotiations and operation work; maintain feedback of Company's performance to implement needed corrective actions. Arrange and Meetings with potential clients. Developing a work plan and budget for the whole unit and coordinating and maintaining related transportation. Evaluating and analysing the current economic/ traffic situation, providing various economics options for transportation.

Arrange and control cargo transportation, terminal handling, interface with other transport and freight forwarding companies. Control timely arrival of transport facilities for loading and offloading, duration of loading and offloading/handling. Be in Official correspondence with Clients. Review costs/tariffs and arrange effective/solvent demand for cargo carriage and additional services. Ensure continuous control and liaison with Management and Client of according delivery of rolling stock, lifting facilities to loading zone/base, keeping strong instruction of Management/ Client’s work order. Check transport facilities and shipping documents for cargo crossing boundary comply with laws and resolutions regulating international carriage. Supervising of group of specific workers (riggers, crane operators, equipment specialists) and strongly inspection of keeping HSE requirements at working territories. Establish internal work regulations within transport department control the employees are in compliance with operations and labor disciplines, safety rules, sanitary and fire safety requirements. Detailed corresponding of all working action and informing Management on daily basis.

Assists with monitoring and inspection of civil, mechanical and electrical construction activities and completed work to ensure compliance with Company requirements and industry standards and practices, contract provisions, codes, drawings, specifications, and safe practices. Coordinates field construction inspection activities. Visits various construction sites often to ensure proper methods, techniques and materials are being used to construct facilities. Evaluates contractor work processes and procedures to identify and suggest opportunities for improving performance

Register and distribute all incoming mail. Prepare all outgoing mail for post mailing. Archive and register all internal correspondence. Make colour printing of official slides for conferences and meetings. Communicate and organize the meetings with courier companies as DHL, Pony Express, FedEx, Kazpost, and American Express for further agreements.
