Responsibilities and Tasks: Actively pursue project targets as per scope of work. Pro-active contact with client, government and (sub-)contractors. Managing project personnel (engineering, finance etc.) Monitoring performance and maintaining/retaining project data and materials. Progress reporting and timely requests for prior approval for changes when required (e.g. change in scope of work, re-budgeting, or reduction in committed effort). Ensuring accurate and timely reporting for project and personnel. Disclose of conflicts of interest and ensuring integrity of project. Monitoring of project's financial status. Managing of project within budget limits. Approval expenditures and sub-contractors. Achievements: Timely closure of the project (3 months ahead). Zero HSE issues. Completely passed state expertise for engineering and construction.
