To collaborate with the Warehouse Coordinator on the following point: ▪ To Monitor the work of the warehouses as per Corporate instruction ▪ To monitor store’s physical inventory done daily and as per Corporate periodically request. ▪ To check the list of slow moving materials and notify in case of obsolete spare parts or materials for elimination ▪ To assure the proper set up and lay out of stores ▪ To promote and effect continuous development, improvement and management of the warehouses to maximize and achieve the timely, efficient and effective operation and provision of services in accordance with corporate procedures ▪ To check for the proper knowledge of the technical team and propose the needed training in the respect to the warehouses system and procedures ▪ To support in the periodical evaluation of the resources involved in the warehouse management ▪ To promote the safe working practices and environmental protection. ▪ To monitor the supply Chain Workflow RDM/ PR/PO in AMOS/SAP ▪ To keep under monitoring the POSE department as per delivery time ▪ To monitor the stock of material as per Min/Max and reorder level but keeping, as PRIORITY, the goal to avoid as possible to increase the Stock Value.

Collaborate with various departments to manage efficient flow of all materials. Prepare an efficient shipping schedule and evaluate all production schedules and determine all required materials and ensure availability of all materials. Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient movement of all materials and evaluate all materials sent to production department. Prepare reports for all materials and manage transportation of materials from one department to another and prepare all production records on computerized system. Coordinate with all department managers to ensure accountability for all materials. Maintain all sensitive data information and prepare appropriate project schedule. Maintain all information for status of materials on weekly basis. Collaborate with construction team to schedule all deliveries and manage all delays and ensure compliance to all material requests. Prepare required reports for all cost accounts and procurement to ensure compliance to all account payable requirements. Prepare required documents and drawings and maintain all files for material delivery sites and prepare efficient work schedule.

Accurately maintain records on all equipment, materials supplies and spare parts in the warehouse. Systematically label incoming warehouse items and store appropriately in bins, boxes or containers. Work closely with Toolpusher, Mechanic and Electrician to ensure that adequate quantities of spare parts are readily available and that they are ordered, received and issued properly, according to the Company’s internal control procedures. As needed, will issue warehouse items and track returned items. Prepare Material Requisitions, obtain appropriate approval and forward requisition to Division Office for final approval and ordering. Prepare Material Receipts and Material Transfers and forward to Division Administrative Manager to ensure all items are properly accounted for. Take physical warehouse inventory annually and send report to Division Administrative Manager for reconciliation against accounting records.
