Responsible for Compensation & Benefits system: makes inputs into salary surveys, work with other business units on benchmarking, prepares analysis for company management on benchmarks, market situation, remuneration and benefits of other companies in the region and in Kazakhstan; advise and consults HR colleagues on benchmarks in case of need (recruitment, promotions, etc.), advise and consult terms and conditions of employment for different types of employees ( direct, contractors, consultants). Acquire knowledge of the (local) business in order to better capture data quality deficits. Performance management (PM) (participating on yearly calibration process, make sure that Performance Management sector updated timely, compensation management (deal as a Compensation specialist), cooperation with Global Mobility team on Incentive Plan bonus) calculation for assignees (long term assignees), support colleagues on manual calculation of Incentive Bonus, DQI (Data Quality Index) and etc. Main Payroll contact for Finance: supervises monthly timekeeping process (both for expatriates and local), makes sure all payroll related documents are provided to Finance on time.
