Daily Activities: • Immediately notify HES Field Lead & PIC of any incidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions • Attend Toolbox Talks • Ensure WRPs at designated work location/area conduct daily pre-job & JHA/JSA reviews with authorized workers • Verify all requirements of SGE/CAR Site Specific Safety Plans (SSSP) or the Contractor’s SSSP are being followed at work zones • General monitoring at designated work location/area numerous times throughout Contractor’s working hours • Verify satisfactory welfare conditions for workforce, including clean & hygienic rest areas & toilet facilities • Complete Daily Report spreadsheet to capture each positive & negative observation • Review & remaining open action items at designated work location/area from Daily Report, & follow-up accordingly to ensure they are addressed • Update Daily Report spreadsheet to ensure it remains current Weekly Activities: • Support an Injury & Incident Free culture for SGE Project Team • Lead 1 Toolbox Talk each week • Prepare Weekly Report to capture key actions & activities for the past week – Submit each week to SGE HES Field Lead (day TBD) • Conduct joint scaffolding inspection using TCO Form 152-2, in conjunction with scaffolding inspector of the Contractor Company • Together with Field HES Lead, conduct joint harness inspection with Contractor HSE Representative • Conduct hand & power tool inspection & document any key items in HES Walkdown Report • Conduct a minimum 1 x JHA/PTW or PPHA/JSA inspection per week, using SGE-developed inspection Form • Participate in HES Walkdown for designated work location/area • Lead weekly muster drills for designated work location/area (if applicable) • Attend Weekly HES Team meetings. Provide an update on status of action items • Conduct Transportation Tuesday briefing for Contractor Company drivers Other Activities: • A HES resource for Contractor HES representatives (i.e. SGE/CAR SSSP requirements, Toolbox, TCO Sis) • Conduct “as needed” Toolbox Talks based upon daily observations, incidents, etc. • Participate in SGE Project meetings as requested • Maintain compliance with all required training as outlined in TCO Training Matrix • Conduct a minimum 2 BBS observations each rotation

• Prevent actions (omission acts) which may cause harm (injure) to Employer, his contracting parties and other third parties during labor relations • Monitor the compliance in Company’s subdivisions with the legislative and other normative legal acts on occupational safety • Suggest when necessary the improvement in working facilities in term of safety aspects • Participate in inspections, examinations of technical conditions of equipment, ventilations system efficiency, state of sanitation technical equipment, sanitary facilities, means of collective and individual protection of employees, determine their compliance with the requirements of normative legal acts on labor protection and identifying violations, which threaten life and health of employees or may cause an accident, take measures for stopping equipment and operations production in the work sites and workplaces • Participate in the development of measures on preventing occupational diseases and accidents at work, on working conditions improvement and making them correspond to the requirements of normative legal acts on occupational safety, and provide organizational assistance for the developed activities implementation • Participate in consideration of compensations paid by the employer for harm caused to employees injuries, occupational diseases or other damage of health related to the performance of their professional duties • Conduction and control of carrying out of daily production briefings (pre tour and pre job inductions) on labor protection for workers in the entrusted work area • Participate in investigation of industrial accidents, study their causes, analyze the effectiveness of ongoing activities on their prevention • To carry out the control over the availability of PPE • Prepare reporting on safety and labor protection in established forms, and in due time • To perform HSE inspections • To adopt operative techniques and methodologies for the planning, training and safety control • To conduct emergency response drill on signal “Blowout”; • Staff training on the plan of liquidation of possible accidents and gas oil water inflow

• To monitor safety issues at Rigmarine base and at other sites we have men working on • To advise on general HSE issues • To advise on training he thinks is necessary to carry out the job safely • To advise on environment and site planning he thinks is necessary to carry out the job safely • To carry out site walk around’s to monitor work is being carried out safely and to monitor the safe use of equipment • To complete Rigmarine “Observation Cards” and record all cards on the HSE data base • To update and monitor Risk assessments, COSNN Assessments, Incident/Accident & Near Miss reports • To assist or carry out safety accident/investigation reporting where applicable • To attend and hold (when required) safety meetings • The HSE Officer also has a direct responsibility to comply with the company policy on PPE as well as fulfilling his obligations under statutory health and safety law • The HSE Officer may be required to carry out other duties as specified by management provided that he has suitable training and/or the necessary experience. This includes ensuring that all necessary resources, vehicles and equipment are used in safe, correct and expeditious manner to achieve the stated delivery requirements
