HES Field Representative
Daily Activities: • Immediately notify HES Field Lead & PIC of any incidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions • Attend Toolbox Talks • Ensure WRPs at designated work location/area conduct daily pre-job & JHA/JSA reviews with authorized workers • Verify all requirements of SGE/CAR Site Specific Safety Plans (SSSP) or the Contractor’s SSSP are being followed at work zones • General monitoring at designated work location/area numerous times throughout Contractor’s working hours • Verify satisfactory welfare conditions for workforce, including clean & hygienic rest areas & toilet facilities • Complete Daily Report spreadsheet to capture each positive & negative observation • Review & remaining open action items at designated work location/area from Daily Report, & follow-up accordingly to ensure they are addressed • Update Daily Report spreadsheet to ensure it remains current Weekly Activities: • Support an Injury & Incident Free culture for SGE Project Team • Lead 1 Toolbox Talk each week • Prepare Weekly Report to capture key actions & activities for the past week – Submit each week to SGE HES Field Lead (day TBD) • Conduct joint scaffolding inspection using TCO Form 152-2, in conjunction with scaffolding inspector of the Contractor Company • Together with Field HES Lead, conduct joint harness inspection with Contractor HSE Representative • Conduct hand & power tool inspection & document any key items in HES Walkdown Report • Conduct a minimum 1 x JHA/PTW or PPHA/JSA inspection per week, using SGE-developed inspection Form • Participate in HES Walkdown for designated work location/area • Lead weekly muster drills for designated work location/area (if applicable) • Attend Weekly HES Team meetings. Provide an update on status of action items • Conduct Transportation Tuesday briefing for Contractor Company drivers Other Activities: • A HES resource for Contractor HES representatives (i.e. SGE/CAR SSSP requirements, Toolbox, TCO Sis) • Conduct “as needed” Toolbox Talks based upon daily observations, incidents, etc. • Participate in SGE Project meetings as requested • Maintain compliance with all required training as outlined in TCO Training Matrix • Conduct a minimum 2 BBS observations each rotation
