• Handling enquiries over e-mails and phone • Providing quotation to the customer (end user) • Helping end user to get the exact product as per their requirement with the help of Description, Pictures, Technical Evaluation Sheet and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) • Negotiating & synchronizing with vendors to arrange necessary documents and certificates required along with the material • Evaluating the quotations of vendors and selecting on the basis of cheap price, better services and timely delivery • Ensuring the shipment of goods on time as per quotation, in order to avoid delay • Arranging shipment as per end user’s requirements • Spearheading activities related to closing of purchase orders, settlements of late delivery claims and back charges. • Maintain & updating data of purchases, stock inventory and sales • Controlling the quality as per quality management systems requirement of the company • Cementing healthy relationship with the old & existing clients/ vendors in the market • Preparing Dashboards and other daily reports • Administering activities of sales and Business development and generating new enquiries
