Responsible for the inspecting of parts in order to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements, and to ascertain that the QC documentation and records for Pressure-Controlled Equipment and Well Intervention tools are maintained and that they adhere to internal Company policy and comply with regulating authority standards and customer standards of quality. •Ensure that all production operations are being carried out in accordance with Hunting Energy Services (Well Intervention) Limited Procedures and Work Instructions. •Carry out material verification in accordance with procedures. •Raise non-conformance reports for any material, manufactured component or process which does not conform to relevant specifications or standards as per Hunting Energy Services (Well Intervention) Limited QMS. •Carry out MPI, LPI visual and dimensional inspections on all relevant components in accordance with approved procedures, work instructions and drawings. •Generate customer specific inspection reports. •Conduct Supplier QMS audits as per ISO 9001:2015/API Q1. •Ensure calibration register of all Inspection, Measurement and Testing Equipment is up to date. •Ensure the quality requirements are maintained at all times
