Principal duties: - Plan, schedule and monitor maintenance activities utilizing CMMS SAP to achieve optimum efficiency of resources, minimum down-time and maximum availability; - Lead the implementation of S-RCM & RBI strategies and its integration with CMMS system to maximize plant reliability with minimized repetitive failures; - Plan, organize and execute plant annual turnaround safely & successfully within planned duration and available budget; - Prepare and circulate monthly & annual KPI based performance analysis reports to provide feedback for continual improvement; - Coordination of maintenance contractors and consultant services; - Assist on preparation of development plans for maintenance staff; - Coordinate the maintenance duties with other departments; - Attending on commissioning of equipment’s; - Inventory and control of tools, devices for maintenance; - Issuing important maintenance activities for management and other departments;

Principal duties: - Plan, organize, lead and control day-to-day Mechanical Maintenance jobs so that plant availability and efficiency can be maximized; - Ensure that material procured and issued through inventory is cleared in a timely and accurate manner so that supply chain replenishment system function efficiently; - Effectively utilize the CMMS for tracking monitoring of mechanical jobs & for ensuring accuracy of feedback & failure analysis in order to fully comply with maintenance strategy & objectives; - Provide active support to Maintenance Planner for Planning of Annual Shutdown and ensure execution of mechanical work scope so that shutdown is completed within time and budget; - Ensure monitoring and controlling of Mechanical departments day to day operational expenses so that maintenance costs stay in line with business plan; - Assist to improve availability and reliability of operation within design and operating limits through effective mechanical maintenance; - Develop maintenance procedures for Mechanical Equipment; - Plan and coordinate mechanical vendor liaison.

Principal duties: - Planning the maintenance works (current maintenance and capital repairs); - Planning the turnaround works and estimate the value of the works; - Planning the maintenance budget accordingly with the company strategy; - Monitor, analyse and report the maintenance key performance indicators; - SAP PM key user for CMMS; - Development of Maintenance Management System Procedures and Processes; - Monitors and manages the fixed costs budget; - Forecasting the evolution of the maintenance costs versus the maintenance budget; - Coordinates the manufacturing of the maintenance orders (current maintenance and capital repairs) created in the CMMS; - Provide the maintenance works status according to the start-up and end-up times, period, etc; - Ensures the maintenance work planning in terms of: costs of activities, work progress in time, needed work force, materials used in the process. Inspector Engineer’s principal duties : - Support the preparation and the continuous upgrading of the departmental organizational manual; - Co-ordinate the preparation and the implementation of procedures and programmers for the qualifications of the external suppliers of materials, equipment and services; - Approves technical documents prepared by contractors for starting work on the static or dynamic equipment; - Coordinates inspection activities with other departments; - Monitors testing laboratories in order to perform destructive and non- destructive tests on materials; - Ensures the continuous improvement of inspection methods and the tools necessary for inspections; - Approves purchase requisitions for the purchase of materials and services, as well as service inputs performed by Inspection Service; - Takes part in technical assessment meetings.

Principal duties: - Update P&ID drawings by AutoCAD; - Draw by AutoCAD Civil constructing; - Vibration monitoring of equipments; - Monitoring of cathodic protection; - Worked on the position Mechanical Engineer, Inspection Engineer, Planning Engineer. - Daily, Weekly Reports & Work with DCC documentation (passports, drawings etc.); - Worked on the position Jr. Production Technology; - Update Spare Parts material on the Field; - Update CMMS.

Principal duties: - Design grillage for transportation of Pipe Rack; - Processing and modification of the drafts (Barge, Pontoon, Pire Rack); - To draw up special forms to request materials for Barge, Pantone, Pipe Rack; - Revise the buildings with drafts on production site; - Documentation of As Built drawings; - Marking beams and steel dates for cutting; - Designing the supports for pipe and electrical lines; - Performing connection details and indication of welding joints; - Checking the pipe and electrical lines in isometric drafts; - Construction foundation steel for Pipe Rack; - Construction stair case, handrail and grating for Pipe Rack.
