Collect the necessary technical, logistic and economic information necessary for drafting, development and update of production plans; Prepare the initial data for drawing up production plan and submit them to the direct supervisor for validation and confirmation; Carrie out the development of individual sections of the production plan, perform calculations and justifications for them; Design the models of possible scenarios, draft forecasts (realistic, optimistic, pessimistic), etc. Prepare the draft of changes to the plan due to the emergence of new factors that were not taken into account when drafting the production plan (inflation, force majeure, etc.). Take part in the feasibility study for the implementation of new projects at the Company (introduction of new products, construction and launch of new facilities, etc.). Take part in the development of measures for the efficient use of Company resources. Keep records and control over the implementation of individual stages / phases of the production plan; accumulate and process indicators of the fulfillment of production planned tasks, prepares analytical notes, reference materials based on the results of control and submit them to the direct supervisor. Accept incoming documents necessary for drawing up a production plan, check the correctness and reliability of the data contained therein. Prepare timely reports (daily, weekly, monthly); Perform work on the formation, maintenance and storage of a database of production planning information, make changes to the reference and regulatory information used in data processing.

Perform planning for project execution, scope of work required for each project considering detailed level and required resources (time, manpower, equipment, material, budget and etc.) Consolidation of detailed schedules from design and construction subdivisions, subcontractors into overall schedule, identification of critical path. Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule Analysis and development of material procurement plan for optimization of personnel and equipment workload Identification of actual progress and tracking work execution in accordance with planned parameters Provision of information to project manager and top management on slippage behind the schedule on each phase of the project Drafting reports Participation in project meetings and discussions with Client as required Identification of reasons causing slippage and quality loss Preparation of III level schedules based on WBS structure, dashboards and S-Curves.

Development of calendar schedules, detailed schedule with resource allocation (Labor, Non-Labor & Material), 3 weeks ahead schedule as well as progress update on weekly basis in Microsoft Project software. Development of schedules (Gant diagrams, histograms, logical diagram, S-Curves) used for project management. Drafting reports, participation in progress meetings.

Financial cost control, including verification of invoices and claims from suppliers, contractors and subcontractors Creating projects’ budget costs Planning and recording of all project related expenditures Accounting of purchases, control of timely billing and tracking till full project completion Financial cost analysis

Coordination of work on cabling, installation of equipment, cable logging, development of as-built drawings, maintenance, ETC
