Provides support in sphere of human resources, preparation and information support of Branch with HR documentation on any issues regarding human resources, including issues of policy, procedures, as well as the other issues. General HR: * Preparation of monthly statistical reports; * Participation in the regular analytical performance of the department aimed to improve work process; * Onboarding for the newly hired employees and it's regular updating; * Arrangement of the regular personnel mandatory insurance of employer civil responsibility for the harm to life and health while discharging their functions and personnel voluntary insurance against accidents; * Support of daily department document flow, including preparation of orders, labour contracts, monthly timesheets and other documents. Professional education, retraining and advanced training: * Preparation of annual training plan and control over its further execution; * Implementation of individual development plans for managers and specialists.
