Invoice receipt and verification of billings per contract terms in Ariba, not limited to: assigning appropriate project cost codes for each invoice, to ensure attached scanned documents are legible and consolidated, to inspect calculations (rate, timesheet hours, etc) are accurate. Maintains proper approval flow and obtains approval to pay per delegation of authority. Processes inter-corporate / interdepartmental billings and reconciliation. Prepares analysis of inter-company differences and explanations. Prepares and finalizes non-contract invoices (if required) Resolves issues with vendors if required Perform cost analysis to define line item unit costs. Assist in completing monthly pay certificates by established deadlines to facilitate on-time payments and efficient contractor management. Monitor TCO monthly financial status reports (Budget-vs.-Actuals). Work with Cost Control Specialist to reconcile WTF project records, and prepare and submit monthly revised forecast. Assist in preparation of WTF annual and project budget. Monitors actual charges on WTF/WRF ledgers in JDE and corrects any improper entry. Provide financial analyses as requested by Project Management
