• To carry out visual and dimensional check for duct material including thickness of sheet and galvanize as per DW/144; • To verify the equipment tag numbers, nameplate details; • To carry out the visual inspection of equipment for damage; • To conduct the inspection with Manufacturer’s representatives for solving the problem relating to the HVAC equipments; • To work with technical documentation; • To prepare the mechanical construction checklists for installed equipments, such as: Air handling Units, AC units, Water Type and Electrical type of Heating and Cooling Systems, Chillers, Humidifiers, Unit Heaters, duct Fabrication and Installed, Manual and Actuated dampers (volume control, fire , non-return, blast proof, isolation, motorized smoke, relief, fire and gas) and etc.; • Daily update of electronic versions of different types of documents such as daily reports, mechanical works status, mechanical construction reports register, etc. • To prepare the request for inspection related to the completed mechanical works. • To conduct the inspection of completed mechanical works with attendance of AGIP KCO supervisors. • To elaborate of monthly plans related to the Mechanical Construction of KIB (Kashagan Industrial Building); • To check that the equipment is undamaged and installed in accordance with drawings and specifications; • To verify that related construction checklist is completed; • To check the equipment tag numbers place in P& I and D& I drawings.

• To elaborate plans for the protection of vessels and procedures; and their submission for approval by the Flag Administration and Classification society in order to obtain International Ship Security Certificate, Safety Management Certificate and Document of Compliance; • To develop, maintain and improve the Company’s SMS( Safety management system), ISPS (International Ship and Port Security) , GMDSS (Global Maritime Distress Safety System) and QMS (Quality management System) at the shore based division and on the ships managed by the Company; • To develop, maintain and improve the Company’s SMS( Safety management system), ISPS (International Ship and Port Security) , GMDSS (Global Maritime Distress Safety System) and QMS (Quality management System) at the shore based division and on the ships managed by the Company; • To conduct Vetting inspections with inspectors certified by OCIMF (Oil Companies International Marine Forum); • To fill the Tanker Management and Self Assessment on the OCIMF’s web site; • To control the VPQ 4 (Vessel Particulars Questionnaire Version 4) reports from the tankers; • To provide internal and external audits in accordance with approved schedule of internal and external audits; • To control and implementation of all corrective actions in accordance with Company’s corrective actions plan; • To control all vessels’ certificates in database; • To prepare annual emergency drill schedule for oil tankers; • To review ship security assessments and modify the ship security plans as requested, to correct deficiencies and satisfy the security requirements of ships; • Participate in investigation of accidents on manufacture, failures, technological infringements, in development of actions under their prevention, with the subsequent organization of the control over their execution; • To train persons responsible for the ships and crew members’ security and safety, increase awareness of the importance of ensuring the protection necessary to perform the protection duties; • To control the conduction of the LRIT test on the vessels with recognition satellite company; • To ensure consistency between security requirements and safety requirements. • To arrange and conduct the all annual and intermediate survey of oil tankers with RMRS and IRS.

• Daily update of electronic versions of different types of documents such as daily reports, notifications, site instructions, etc. • To log and fill the documents in required coded system and sequence • To work with technical documentation and register the delivered documentation in database • To prepare laboratory test reports, welding, coating , etc • To prepare and fill construction, welding, concrete and structural unit assembly logs.
