Q&C Operator
Threat and risk limitation by implementing the surveillance plan and site security control measures. Carry out proactive surveillance with CCTV and other tools available with the purpose to anticipate and detect incidents and violations. Register and follow up all incidents and events in the Monithor software. Act as the main interface in the control room for the Call out of emergency response teams during an incident. Ensure that company and department resources are promptly alerted, informed and coordinated, until when emergency response coordinator or security management take over in accordance to procedures. Prepare an incident report as part of a shift report to be discussed during hand-over per shift with the incoming shift as well as with the Team Lead and Security Manager. Receive verification of manpower reports from all assigned sites ensure that all posts in assigned area of responsibility are covered within 1 hour of shift change.
Ensure that contractor supervisors visit sites according to procedures and inspect guarding operation and test electronic security systems. Feedback of inspection/ test has to be registered accordingly in the proper electronic system (Monithor software). Ensure during night shifts that all sites report on an hourly basis and register these reports accordingly. Take the necessary steps if sites don't comply with this policy. Also ensure that guards are tested remotely on quality of patrols and inspection according to patrol plans per site. Promptly react on electronic alarms according to relevant standard operating procedures. Assist security staff with the issuing of badges after-hours according to Company Access Control procedure. Do radio/telephone test and thereafter stay in radio- and telephone contact with all sites in the tactical area of operation at all times.
