Project Assistant, Project Interpreter.
American Red Cross Aral Sea Project Assistant & Project Interpreter. (American Red Cross and International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, with HQ in Geneva, Switzerland and Washington DC, USA. With IFRC CA Regional Delegation based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Kyzylorda Field Project.) Was in charge of all parts of the project execution, mostly in logistics and warehousing monitoring of goods and food commodities, including custom clearance preparations, verification of cargo documents and certificates, beneficiary lists, distribution, surveys. Assisted to the delegates, was responsible for office management, correspondence, record keeping and reporting on logistics. PR and coordination with local authorities and akimats were an impartial task. Translated and interpreted between English Kazakh and Russian for expatriates and partners of the "Aral Sea Project" which distributed food relief to over 50 000 beneficiaries in Kyzylorda Oblast. Trained local Red Crescent representatives to distribution, logistics and warehousing practice, computerization of all logistics documents and other records. Additional I was entitled to ensure and support interaction with local administrative state authorities and with operational partners; also, I used to regularly assist and help to other partners of our organization with translation/interpreting services, in organizing and arranging specific professional workshops and seminars, including my participation.
