Government & Public Relations Manager
(International publicly traded company established in 1994, accepted by London Stock Exchange, with country Head Office located in Almaty: an investor, owner, developer, and realty operator, providing hotels, bars, restaurants, office-premises and accommodation, full-services apartments, camp facilities including catering to the oil industry and business.)
* Implementing country-and-region level representative function, external & PR-relations; cooperation and contacts with national authorities, akimat decision- makers, partnership and coordination, providing treatment of information, services promotion activities.
* Reportage and Situation Overview: analytical and narrative reports and articles on the social, strategic and economic issues in the location are a significant part of my job, as well as regular inputs into the general regional operational reporting to help the company achieve its strategic, professional, commercial goals. Consultations on the infrastructure and political backgrounds, legislative updates, articles and releases included.
* Rendered support to the Head-Office and Branches in charge of projects, advised on legal issues and national legislation, marketing, established and strengthened communication with different interlocutors and partners, akimats, Ministries Dpts, Governmental bodies, State Inspectorates, etc. Organized meetings, follow-up workshops. Printing materials and design, market researching, completion and clients environment analysis, products and services promotion and advertisement, client follow-up, bids and tenders survey, including respective legislations and norms.
*Marketing and Sales support functions: promo-materials, logo, advertisement, web products and presentations of the company/portfolio and opportunity specific materials.
Participation in setting strategic goals of the Company’s business in a region
Sales Targets setting and forecasting
Providing support to Customers’, Clients’ Partners’ needs in the hospitality business, development of relations with the existing Customers and seeking of new Customers
Timely informing Customers about new services, developments, innovations provided by our hotels and restaurants, bars.
* Managed Services in Hospitality and HoReCa for clients, stakeholders, consumers, vendors, service-providers, suppliers.
* Dealing with Customer Claims on the level of Head Office
Coordination and overseeing other organizational functional areas' interaction with customer (i.e. Supply & Purchase, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technical)
* Local Contents implementation and reporting: follow-up and dissemination: processing of tendering provisions, legislation analysis, execution of full compliance of the company’s operational and management activities with the rules of purchasing goods, services and works for subsoil-users and their suppliers, interaction with clients, agents, experts, lawyers and legal advisers, Reporting, Sales and Marketing management, partners, officials, state bodies, Ministries and institutions, local execution bodies.
