Ensure contract terms meet agreed items. 4) Prepare letters for a commercial offers and Customer requests 5) Verifies that all necessary items and details are included in the contracts 6) Coordinates work with the Legal and Finance departments, departments for registration of acts, payment, and fulfillment of the terms of contracts 7) Maintains an organized system of physical and digital records (maintaining registers, reports, written correspondence with the Customer on the monthly volume of work performed) 8) Acceptance/coordination of Diesel Fuel requests 9) Translation of necessary information re tender documentation, purchasing description.
